- We will provide advice to Governments within the Gulf of Guinea in all matters related to petroleum legislation, oilfield practices, gas development/utilization;
- Promote the sedimentary basin and find equilibrium between fiscal terms and petroleum potential;
- Promote HSE policy and practices;
- Call for a partnership between host governments and petroleum companies.
